My profile is private and I had no idea. How do I make it public?

I see it as public too! I know it was private before, so whatever you did must have worked

It’s in the interface settings, I found out in other post. I wonder how long it’s been private for. 
Probably the reason why I haven’t gotten accepted for testing in a while. Lol

Someone recently posted “thanks for following me “ but I can’t follow them because their profile is private. LOL. Don’t know if they are aware of this or not
