Humans be needing more rest
I just stop when I need it. But then I have 13 health diagnoses that can drag at me. The chronic protracted migraines started right when I turned 25 and my kidneys first failed on 9/11/90. I couldn’t and didn’t take a day off, ever for those because I’d never work otherwise. I was raised to be stoic about a lot of things. Not until the catastrophic end stage kidney failure on 8/22/09 that caused so many other complications and conditions, did I end up sleeping longer hours, taking time to lounge and rest as my body needed. Becoming disabled doesn’t really leave you much choice, tho I do try to be up in my chair crocheting and/or beading each day.
