Profile picture issue

For some weird reason, I dont’t know why I cannot upload a profile picture? How do I upload it? I thought the profile picture would be same as my shop’s profile picture but for some weird reason idk why my pfp doesn’t appear here.

umm try logging out and back in if not you can either try to upload it again to your settings if those don’t work go to the help center and if it still isn’t working I would suggest to ask ribblr directly

We don’t automatically take your shop photo to your personal profile. Simply head over to your profile here on the community, click preferences then account.

To upload a pfp go to preferences, settings, account, and then just just click the pencil!
