Question? Do you guys think there should be more TV shows about Fibre arts?

I think they are referring to UK shows…
If you like getting excited about fiber on TV, have you checked out Gilmore Girls? They actually had a team of knitters and crocheters whose only job was to make custom pieces for the costume department

True… I still think we should try and maybe connect with younger audiences by referring to aesthetics in artworks or maybe focus on amigurumi which could be considered more as an art form than making clothes. Also the fact that they have a tv show (In the UK) where they make tiny stuff (which doesn’t really benefit anyone) fibre arts still have a chance because it’s practical and art at the same time (not many arts form are like that)

There’s a episode where one of the kids skill was crochet. They really struggled to highlight him at all. While the other kids going nuts with glue and scissors and glitter, after collecting his yarn he just sits there crocheting and while they try to talk to him to get content it’s kind of cruel if he’s counting.
