Ooo I love Bubbles! I definitely always played her when I was a kid lol. It’s hard to choose a favorite overall, but I think I’d have to choose either Bee or Puppycat from Bee and Puppycat lol
Actually I’ve changed my mind because I remembered my all time favorite is Sailor Moon 
but I do still love Bee and Puppycat
