This is gonna sound weird, but my favorite compliment i ever got was “you’re not gross” from my brother
He wanted to look at my i.d. and i said nah cus i look gross in it. He promised he wouldn’t care. I let him look, and he said that.
Idk, i have self esteem issues so people try complimenting me a lot to make me feel better, but my brain dont really care, and the words dont stick with me. That comment felt more genuine.
