What is your opinion on anime?

Depending on what it is I MIGHT watch it but like Demon Slayer and that stuff I’m not into.

I’m not too into it but Studio Ghibli is my favorite 
I’m not really sure if this “counts” as anime but I also like Avatar the last Airbender. It’s sort of a mix between anime and cartoon.

I used to be really big into anime when I was younger. I noticed that the quality (or perhaps the passion) of the animation and story writing has definitely shifted downhill despite people claiming some of the mainstream ones are “the best animation in history”…Perhaps it’s the claims that make it hard to watch.
Honestly, it’s just brighter colors that are super flashy with extremely choppy frames that are jarring to sit through.
Anyway, if you want a GOOD anime then watch bakuten shoot (yeah yeah the dubbed is a joke of a show but you won’t know that until you google it so hahahah 
) but only the subbed version. A fan of the show translated it in its entirety by herself. This show is great and the japanese OST is full of bangers.
Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds is a masterpiece and the pinnacle of the franchise. Nobody is allowed to say it isn’t…I have a special card that says no other opinions allowed LOL 
kidding…but seriously it’s great but I implore you to only watch the subbed version. GX is great, too.
The first series is a slog, honestly. It’s just boring and not good. It’s riding high off nostalgia…
I’m a stickler for only watching animes subbed. I can’t listen to the voice acting and alot of context is usually lost or cut from the “original”.
Hope to see you on the other side but if you’re not interested in those animes then no big deal

I love anime! That’s pretty much all I watch anymore. I also prefer subs over dubs.

I love anime I usually watch the short ones with like 10 or so episodes because I never finish the ones with multiple seasons

I watch alot of anime and can recommend some interesting ones that aren’t demon Slayer.
Kado: The Right Answer: imagine if aliens from another plane of existence suddely appeared and offered to turn everything you know about science and reality inside out
If it’s for my daughter, I’d even slay a demon Lord: A warrior out in the forest comes across an abandoned devil child and decides to raise her as his own (episode 4 always gets me in the feels)
Mashle: Magic and Muscle: Best summary ever. It’s “one punch man” goes to Hogwarts!
Restaurant to Another World: good food that makes me hungry with a fantasy twist. A magic door appears anywhere, dragons, elves, all there
