Anyone ever seen a plastic canvas bag you could insert a crochet panel into? Or something similar?

I agree with Tilly as I’m not exactly sure I understand what you need… I have crocheted pieces and sandwiched them around a piece of plastic canvas to give it more durability… But it doesn’t sound like that what you mean

Are you talking about the plastic canvas form you can use for bags?
Or using a piece of plastic canvas as a base for the bottom and crocheting the rest?

Ok, pretend you have a bag with an inner layer, then comes the crocheted panel, then there’s is a clear vinyl layer to cover the crochet but you can still see it.
