Iā€™m a teen, aaaaand I could use some moneyā€¦ so Iā€™ve been thinking about selling patterns

Here are some questions my parents haveā€¦

1- What personal information do you need for my account?

2- How is my information protected?

3-do they sell my information?

4- Is it worth it?

also Iā€™ve been trying to find a Stripe Q&A page or a help center, but I havenā€™t seen anything. So I could use some help thereā€¦.

Hereā€™s some information regarding payment processing on Ribblr. It also has a link to Stripeā€™s fees as well as their terms and conditions

I havenā€™t had any problem using Stripe. You do have to enter in email, name, address, etc when you sign up but I donā€™t recall it getting as personal as a social security number like paypal does. You do need to add a bank account for them to process payments to.

As far as whether its worth it, I donā€™t see why not. Thereā€™s no fees unless you make a sale or get tips, so there is really no downside other than the time needed to set the whole thing up
