Resolved - Ribblr ratings/reviews glitch?

Has anyone else noticed their ratings on reviewed patterns decrease to 67%? I noticed one of my pattern ratings drop the other day and after bringing it up to another user, they were experiencing the same issue. So I decided to take a look through some other users patterns and it seems like every pattern I click on that has been reviewed is showing a rating of 67%.

Just wondering if this is an issue that @Ribblr and other users are aware of?

I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I’ve been searching through the forums and haven’t noticed anything yet.

If this is some weird glitch, hopefully it can get resolved before negatively impacting too many pattern sales!

Not something that we’re aware of.
The first few patterns we just tested seem to show accurately:

Edit: however, it seems that there is an issue affecting a small amount of patterns. We’re on it.

Omg! I didn’t even think that it might not be accurate and it was bothering me. So glad you thought to ask and that Ribblr fixed it! Yay!

I know! I was definitely a little sad until I asked a friend and they mentioned that they were having the same problem!
