Ever since the community update, the community has been lagging bad. And that very day, we got 64 new regulars. Photos arenāt loading in the chat-rooms, and whenever I go to my shop to ārefreshā the community, it takes a while.
When I go on Ribblr in the morning, I first go to lounge chat, and twice in the past three days, some of the messages donāt even load. What is happening? Is anyone else experiencing this?
I noticed that as well, but not a bad as you describe.
I canāt post any pictures on my phone either. It works on my tablet but itās very inconvenient because itās keys donāt work and itās hard to use 
Thanks for sharing- we are investigating an issue with photos in the chat affecting some devices, other than that we do not see any degraded performance or messages not loading. Weāll need more information from you, in particular some video recordings of your screen coupled with your device details, operating system and more.

Yeah lag has been bad in chats and other things too because apparently everyone is back on Ribblr now lol 
Ribblr normally really laggy from my experience.
The lag has been extra bad for me especially in lounge after the new regulars

I have also been experiencing this wag and more. I am starting a shop and I need a testers for my pattern and I was not able to start a group chat with my testers so I had to use my tester call as a way to communicate.
Yep the lounge chat messages are taking a long time to show up and the part where it tells you how many new messages there are isnāt switching.
It sounds like a bunch of you are experiencing slow loads, but is this only in the chat or elsewhere? Our monitors and checks donāt show anything being delayed, so itāll be useful to get more information.

What are the issues in particular? Messages not loading, not sending, or something else?
the messages have a bad lag. sometimes the messages others send dont load and you need to get out of the chat for them to load. Also, idk if its just me, but sometimes my messages duplicate? I would have a message sent then it would be retyped out onto my typing space thing
