Alrighty,
So ribblr logged me out 
I can only access community because of recent history on my laptop. I canât access patterns or anything else.
SO THE BIG HELP QUESTION:
When I try to press âforgot passwordâ (because my regular password isnât working), it leads me to a blank page with the text âfalseâ on the corner 
help! (It started a day ago)

I had this happen yesterday! I randonly just got logged out, which I found weird. I tried to log back im with my email and password, it just would work? I kept trying because maybe a lowercase letter got capitollized or vise versa. It just wouldnt work, I kept trying to change my password and it wouldnt work when I would try to log in with it. It did finally work after 5 minutes. I dont know why this happened. I dont even know why its brining you to a page saying false? Maybe @Ribblr knowsâŚ

it logged me out on both my phone and laptop recently, i didnt know it happened to everyone.

There was an issue yesterday with logged out a large number of users. Itâs now been fixed so you should just log in with your password.
You should be get a reset password email if you enter your email then click forgot password.
Please share a screenshot or reach out to our support via support@ribblr.com if this does not work and weâll assist you promptly!

I also got logged out. It was fine logging back in on desktop because I log in with my google email. However, on the app version, the option to login with google isnât there. I had to say I forgot my password in order to log back in on the app.

I just assumed there had been an app update as I was logged out on iPad and phone. Had no issues logging back in though.

I also got logged out randomly, but everything seems to be working for me.

I created my account using my google account and I can login with my google username and password when I have to login on the app.

It also says that âyour institutuions admin must review this appâ because i used my school email. maybe thatâs why?

Thatâs possible yes. It could be blocked by your school. You can email us and we might be able to replace your email. For security your email must come from the email you signed up with

It just happened to me. I just emailed the Ribblr support email. Iâm in on the app. I was using Ribblr on my iPhone X using Safari when it logged me off all of a sudden and wonât let me in
Donât know why safari wonât let me in but the app will
Had to figure out how to redact my email address

I imagine most people on this site/app are decent people and Iâm probably being over cautious⌠but Iâd be careful sharing email online

Tried to click on a Ribblr link, within a Ribblr post (iPad Pro, Safari). The link opened in a new tab and didnât recognize that I was signed in, it asked me to login or sign up). When I closed the extra tab thankfully the original tab saw me as still signed in.
