Ribblr Postcard and entry

Hey, I have now purchased three of the new November postcards but they are not showing up at all in my cards and neither of them have been posted in the postcard with my id for my entries? I donā€™t know why it is doing this and can anyone please help? @ribblr-support

These are of course my postcards, but I just got the new movember card and itā€™s not showing here. Also, I am pretty sure that this happebed a few times before and it never lets me fill the last 2 spaces, so does anyone know why?

I think this may be happening to lots of people! I saw another post before which said they bought 3 postcards and they were never in the postcard areaā€¦ It may be a glitch inside ribblr

Yes, there have been quite a few posts about this. Ribblr has stated that these are just visual glitches and your entry to the giveaway is still logged in their systems. I believe the 2 gray cards are supposed to be like that, mine look the same (or you can only fill them if you have been part of Ribblr and have all of the postcards).

it may just be a glitch, maybe just try message ribblr!

we also located the issue. It seems to have affected roughly 60 users - itā€™s now been fixed and the postcard should show up on your account. Donā€™t worry if the post itself isnā€™t showing on the mega-topic thread. Itā€™s always traced back to our backend system in any case.

I also purchased the postcard yesterday with gems and I canā€™t see it in my postcards and when I clicked to join the postcard giveaway it just sent me to the community
