I was feeding ribbot for the last time before a spin. After I fed him I spun the wheel and landed on a postcard. When I clicked it to enter it glitched out though. I closed the app and reopened it, but when I checked the days reset but it said I didnât have the postcard. Has this happened to anyone else? Can it be fixed?

You could try logging out then back in? Iâm not sure it can be fixed, you might have to ask Ribblr about it

maybe go to the topic:
and see youâre post card pops up. If not, Iâd message Ribblr about it to see if they can find it for you.

I had this happen to me before. Send a message to ribblr for help and theyll fix it for you!

Yeah, Iâd just message Ribblr because they can see what everyone has won, and they can find your spin and enter you for the drawing. It may have also glitched out because it was just switched from March to April.

hi! umm how can i get the easter postcard if i can still get it? is it from ribbot? or do i have to reply in some certain way to the post by Ribblr?

if you feed ribbot for 7 days (does not have to be consecutive/in a row), you can spin the wheel. spinning the wheel has many prizes, but one of them is a postcard!! winning the postcard will automatically enter you into the giveaway :D

Go to your Feed page and click on Ribbot, in the upper right hand corner. Then click on his belly, this is âfeeding Ribbotâ. Do this once a day until you earn the right to spin the wheel. As you can see, I have to feed Ribbot three more times before I can spin the wheel again.
The postcard is one of the prizes you can win when you spin the wheel.
