Idk why itā€™s happening. Every time I play there is no gems in any of the boxes :cry:

Hey Iā€™ve got a question has anyone else not been given the option to buy back their streak with gems? I had like a 150 something day streak and I forgot to feed ribblr one night and then the next day it said I lost my streak and wouldnā€™t give me an option to buy it back it didnā€™t even give me the usual ā€œribblr froze your streak want to buy it back with gemsā€, so has anyone else had this problem or just me? (ps this was like ten days ago, Iā€™m just not sure what to do)
