Before the update on the wheel after feeding Ribbot you could win 1 maybe even 2 gems. (Which is now equal to 100/200). However spinning the wheel today I got 2 gems. Is there a particular reason that there is such a decline in the gem gift?

Basically, Ribblr has a certain amount of gems they can give away each period. After the update, more people can win Gems from the wheel, so I guess since there are more winners, they have to split that amount between everyone. That’s why you might only get a few Gems now instead of more.

They say that, but are you getting gems 50x more frequently than before? Because that’s what should happen if they were still giving out the same number of gems. (2 seems like the regular number from everyone complaining about it.) It really seems like they had to also have cut the number of gems they give out dramatically even though they don’t mention that part.
That being said, they’re not a charity and we should probably just be thankful to get anything for free. (Not that the change isn’t annoying, though.)
