I have been thinking about people that only do no-sew patterns. I understand not liking to sew things on. I don’t like sewing buttons. But I know how. I do it well. Why? Years of practice. So, I was thinking that maybe one of the Ribblr Live’s could have someone teach how to do basic sewing techniques, to attach arms, legs, or ears, etc … and do it securely. I feel very good about the quality of my attachments. I just think if people learned it’s not so hard, it would open up a whole new world of patterns for them. Thoughts?
Good idea. I am not the best when it comes to sewing things.
This is a great idea! Ribblr has a whole sewing section that goes practically untouched as well. At least on the community side, so it could be a good segue into more sewing content outside of amigurumi.
could they also touch on weaving in ends? i feel like i almost have it, but not quite
This sounds like a great idea! unfortunately I can’t do Ribblr live T^T
That is a fantastic idea, knowing more about sewing and weaving in ends and face shaping opens a whole new world in your amigurumi creations
Pretty sure sewing will be on an upcoming Live. Excited about that myself.
I just saw something that I think will work. I will look for a video. This one has different options.

Oh that is exciting! I always miss out on the streams unfortunately. Middle of choatic kiddos every time its up
I have to set an alarm and still missed the last one. You can watch it later on youtube, but it’s more fun in the live chat.
This is a nice unique idea.
I always make sure my sewing is secure but it still freaks me out that some kid could detach it.
Great idea! Looking at you @Knotbadcrochet
