Hey everyone, I am currently making a rose coaster. I have made my first rose and attached it to my coaster, but I feel like it might be too big. What do y’all think about the size of the rose on the coaster? This is my second coaster and I welcome everyone’s opinions/suggestions.

I think you should add small roses to surround them so they don’t look too big

That would’ve been cute. I definitely think my 2nd round of green for the leaves was too tight. It kept folding in and with the additional flowers, there wouldn’t have been room for a cup

I got rid of the second round of green and made the roses half the size. The roses fit better but I feel like it needs more

Maybe finish the roses, then decide?

Coaster is done and super cute, but execution is not perfect as I’ve already had one rose fall off For my next attempt, I will be crocheting the roses onto the coaster. Not sure how to do it and keep the alternating rose colors though
