My 3k PR was 12:30 and 4k was 17:45.

yeah, same for me but, i don’t really understand km (no really does here)… but yet us americans have 5k races

M and km is standard for most races. Mostly because nobody but the us uses imperial.
Yea in XC we do 3k’s, 4k’s, and 5k’s, but we kind of just automatically convert it into miles in our head (3k=1.8mi, 4k=2.5mi, 5k=3.1mi)
