Can anyone recommend who I can a safety eye jig from that spans most of the sizes?
AND, don’t tell me “Look on Amazon.”. There’s plenty of unscrupulous merchants on there, so have to careful.
I prefer to shop at a small business with an excellent product, and good customer service.
Thanks!
I don’t know how many sizes, but my grommet pliers came with the attachments for safety eyes (snaps, grommets, rivets, etc). They are Dritz brand which means that hobby lobby should have their version (-ology) line
After doing a quick search, it seems that a very popular jig for safety eyes looks just like the thing you use to measure your knitting needle size. (flat with different size holes in it)
You can get those literally anywhere. I would also check the normal tool section. Anything hollow or round that will push on the retainer ring while allowing the stem to poke through will do the job
Snowy Aspen Creations was the first person I saw making a safety eye helper (but it looks like they have been around for a long time). There are quite a few on Etsy that are made from wood, resin, and 3D printed and in various sizes (normal or travel size)
Yeah, see it’s just a needle gauge. Those can be bought anywhere in any design or of many different materials… I don’t think I’ve paid more than a couple of dollars for one. But the hardware store has something similar for measuring diameter as well.
GurumiSupply & RusticPixels on Etsy have them. Some of their designs are under $10.
Im confused about that questiong but i only shop for eyes and yarn online at 2 small business from romania
And
They’re from romania and idk if they ship outside of romania but you can try
