Hello, so I was looking at ordering some yarn that was on sale, but when I went to actually order it, I saw it wasnât actually on sale

Less than ideal update:
Iâve been clicking around and it appears that the majority of the 20% sale items arenât appearing to be on sale.

I noticed that too but it would be the sale that was different (Itâll say 20% but once I clicked it, it would be 10% off), but once I put them in the cart and in the Joannâs checkout it showed the the price when itâs on sale at least for me, does it do the same for you?

Unfortunately not, i tried everything i could think of to get the discounts to show up properly. Iâll probably just end up buying the yarn the next time I head to Joannâs.

I wanted to make sure this yarn wasnât being annoying and not showing the sale, but what priced at the sale amount, and unfortunately it is not.
The screenshot of the calculator is what the price should be pre-tax, and the screenshot of my cart is the price i would be paying

Thatâs a shame, thankfully it looks like Ribblr is working on it with Joann, so hopefully it can be fixed soon

Slightly better update, still not ideal:
I can add stuff and it shows a discount, but only for the advertised colors, so for the perfect phasing yarn, it is only deep black yarn that allows me to have the sale enabled!
