Sales not working?

Can anyone tell me why Ribblr won’t let me run a sale on specific items? I’m trying to make 3 newly released things free for a couple of hours, and it won’t let me cover the item’s price with a sale, even after pressing the override button.

I’m not sure how to get it to work, but I have never had this issue before, and I do sale items all the time.

Thanks to anyone with an idea of what to try!

Maybe try logging out and logging back in then try to apply the sale again? :)

Unfortunatly that didn’t work!

Wait, it’s a thing now that you can’t have a sale on an item that puts it under 90 cents?? Maybe that’s my issue? I’ve never had it tell me I couldn’t make something 100% off temporarily, but I’m not sure how recent that rule is. The last time I did this was maybe October?

Make sure the ā€˜end’ date is in the future. Keep in mind ribblr uses utc time! So Google utc time right now and use that as a basis for when to ā€˜end’ the sale

Minimum price for a pattern is 90 cents. So if you run a 30% off sale or something, it won’t change. However you can make it 100% and it will work. Just won’t work if it’s below 100%

Thanks for the reminder! I tried that, and it still didn’t work :(

Huh, I wonder what the issue is here then if it’s not the 90 cents thing…

Unsure. That’s strange because I did it the other day for one of my patterns. Try doing 100% and a few days in the future and see what happens? Maybe set it to like 3/6

I just refreshed my shop page and for some reason it was on sale all of a sudden! I wonder if it worked the first time and never actually updated automatically?
Thank you so much for your ideas anyways!! I apprecate it :)
