Can anyone tell me why Ribblr wonāt let me run a sale on specific items? Iām trying to make 3 newly released things free for a couple of hours, and it wonāt let me cover the itemās price with a sale, even after pressing the override button.
Iām not sure how to get it to work, but I have never had this issue before, and I do sale items all the time.
Thanks to anyone with an idea of what to try!

Maybe try logging out and logging back in then try to apply the sale again? :)

Wait, itās a thing now that you canāt have a sale on an item that puts it under 90 cents?? Maybe thatās my issue? Iāve never had it tell me I couldnāt make something 100% off temporarily, but Iām not sure how recent that rule is. The last time I did this was maybe October?

Make sure the āendā date is in the future. Keep in mind ribblr uses utc time! So Google utc time right now and use that as a basis for when to āendā the sale

Minimum price for a pattern is 90 cents. So if you run a 30% off sale or something, it wonāt change. However you can make it 100% and it will work. Just wonāt work if itās below 100%

Thanks for the reminder! I tried that, and it still didnāt work :(
Huh, I wonder what the issue is here then if itās not the 90 cents thingā¦

Unsure. Thatās strange because I did it the other day for one of my patterns. Try doing 100% and a few days in the future and see what happens? Maybe set it to like 3/6

I just refreshed my shop page and for some reason it was on sale all of a sudden! I wonder if it worked the first time and never actually updated automatically?
Thank you so much for your ideas anyways!! I apprecate it :)
