I’ve tried to claim my gem probably 10 times since yesterday but it’s not working I also tried doing what someone else said and I went to the website since I’m using the app and that didn’t work for me

You can earn gems through our Spin the Wheel and competitions and events. For example, this month’s postcard giveaway’s prize is 10 gems!

I ask so had a similar problem. I clicked on the link, but no option to claim the gem popped up. @ribblr is there a way to fix this?

How long do gems last… For instance, of I didn’t like the patterns that were offered this month, could I wait for next month and gain another gem making a total of two gems and also have a new collection to choose from?

In other words, do gems expire at the end of each month?

You can keep your gems forever- they never expire! I’m saving up my gems for next month

It’s seems like some people are having the same issue as well. I still can’t claim my gems every day .

What’s your issue specifically?

To claim your free gem, you can click your balance and follow the tour shown. If you already claimed, you can’t claim again.

Then, to use your Gem and get a Gem Pattern head over to our Gem Patterns page, click on the pattern you want to get, then click the ‘Claim with Gem’ button.

If any of the flow above does not work, please explain exactly what so we can assist. Right now, we have no open tickets for issues so nothing we are aware of.
