So, I clicked on the link to receive the introductory free gem. I clicked through the cute pop-up from Ribbot. I was told I received a gift of a gem… But my balance still says Gems 0.
Idk if this is happening to anyone else, but does it take a while to get the free gem? I restarted the app, but still 0 balance.

I also tried to click the gem balance, but nothing happens when I click there. I can’t click my gem balance from either the explore page or my stuff page.

This is so cool!! But I have a question… I spun the wheel and got a gem!! I bought a pattern from the gem (the turtle tapistry pattern, so happy with it ) But I am not able to claim the gem… Am I doing something wrong? When I click on the link it’ll say I don’t have gems… So, or I didn’t get anything by spinning the wheel, or I didn’t get a free gem or I do something wrong (most likely ) please help!

Hello, how do I claim my free gem?

Might I suggest changing the language here? Because it says the ‘previous gems’ are removed. I get it now that they’ve said the gems don’t expire but this reads like the gems we earn expire, not the gem patterns.

Or maybe adding another faq at the bottom saying gems don’t expire?
