I think the pattern you are showing is not in the gem library (yet).
The gem library is linked in Ribblrs very first post in this thread. Only patterns on that specific link are available with redeeming a gem
Can you save gems for coming months or do you have to spend them all in one month?
The claim for gems button isn’t showing up on any pattern in the gem library for me though. I’ve tried going to the gem library through the my stuff link, my email, and the first post. Should I just try again later?
Can you try it on a different device?
Also which device are you using and are you using the app or the website?

I am having an issue using the Gem to purchase one of the patterns listed, as I am unable to see any Gem purchase link or button.
They do not expire so you can save them!
