It doesn’t let me use my gem when I click on a gem patterns. It takes me to the payment screen to enter a credit card. I am confused how to use them.

We have had some users report they could not see the ‘claim with 1 gem’ button on the pattern page. We’re trying to resolve it- please keep refreshing and trying periodically in the next 24 hours, in any case the gem is in your balance and the patterns aren’t going to be replace for at least another 29 days

Thx for my free gem. I have a question, do the pattern designers still get paid properly if we use gems? I noticed that all the 1 gem patterns were normally different prices from each other.

Of course, we’re all about supporting our designers!

To be able to be featured, designers must first opt-in. They then receive a both a large cash payment, $elFee reducing their sale fee to 0, and of course a lot of promotion. It is similar to being featured on a magazine only Ribblr does not claim exclusivity or ownership, so that designer can continue to sell their patterns normally, on any platform.

Each designer is paid to be involved, yes!

I don’t know if this question was already asked but, can we be featured for the patterns if they are free only and are not a RIbblr+?

Thats brilliant news thank you. I would hate to think i was not paying properly to get the patterns. While were on the subject, there was a beta a long while ago for designers to profit from the advertising shown in their patterns but i didn’t see anything more about it recently. Did i miss it? I still see plenty of advertising.

Sure thing, that’s part of that same mission of supporting designers!
It’s not rolled out yet - we’re still in the process of building it and making it great for everyone.
