Select and move multiple rows

In the old ribbuild, when you were on pc, you could select multiple lines and move them all at once. Looks like on the new version, I can’t select and move. I can select rows, but the dots to move rows doesn’t pop up (usually its where the select box would be). I can move rows 1 at a time but that makes it more difficult when trying to move an entire section at once.

Not sure if its simply because I’m in a firefox browser which I don’t believe is supported, or if its not possible with the new system to do that, but definitely a feature that was super helpful when I wanted to rearrange entire sections at once.

Using Chrome that is also not an option I see (and would be lovely to have)

I found that I click on the line type box (ie 1, 2, etc) and choose select. Then all the rows move when you choose “move". That has worked on my phone app and pc

I was literally thinking about this today. I was working on, luckily, a small pattern and wanted to move 5 rows, but I couldn’t do that. With my realistic dragon patterns I usually design the wings first (A LOT of instructions) before the ornamentation, but I do recommend to do the ornamentation before the wings. I was thinking about what a PAIN it would be to move dozens of rows…

I use brave and it wasn’t an option for me when I was typing up my fairy pattern earlier this week.

I don’t make patterns, but that would definitely be helpful for designers!

Isn’t there a :up_arrow: move & :down_arrow: arrow on the tool bar after selecting them?

Thanks for sharing! We’re going to look into how we can potentially mitigate this.
