Shop Banners Not Appearing

Hello everyone, I’ve noticed that my shop banner isn’t appearing anymore. I’ve tried re-uploading it but it’s gone again every time I reload the page. Is anybody else having the same problem? I also haven’t been able to see shop banners for anyone else either.
