Shop help :3

so i just opened a shop and i am try to fix my shop banner and shop pfp but i noticed a difference between mine and others will doing it, is it normal?

so mine has a space

and there is so space here

the second problem is the pfp

so i changed it but it is not saving when i click view as customer :(

any help is appreciated
