Shop Opening Problem?

Hello! I recently decided to try and open a shop on ribblr, so i did that on my laptop. After I opened the shop and started working on patterns, I tried to make edits to my shop on my iPad and school laptop, but the shop does not appear on either of those devices. When I click on the “Create new shop” button in the sell your patterns window, it says “error, have you already opened a shop”

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thank you so much :two_hearts:


Yes you would have to log out and start a new session on those other devices so you can start a fresh session as a designer. Congrats on your new shop :partying_face:
