Hi all! As some of you may know, I just recently bought some clear sinker eyes so that I could paint my own and further customize my plushies! However, I have hit a bit of a snag in my latest design, and am hoping maybe all of you wonderful creatives could help me.
I am going to be making a black unicorn with purple accents, and am struggling to decide how I want to paint the eyes. If you guys dont mind, could you please share projects made with black yarn where you used hand painted safety eyes?

That is genuinely so cool. So you just paint them in advance, instead of painting them once you have a plushie in mind?
Please let me know if my curiosity is annoying! I just think people who make their own eyes are awesome, lol.

You are all so talented. I didn’t even know this sort of thing existed until ribblr. I thought they came on commercial animals and I embroiderd all my stuff because all the patterns I used called for embroidered eyes. A whole new world has opened up to me. I love it.

Yeah, I base my plushie design off the eyes. So I ick the eyes first, then the yarn. I mainly use bernat blanket so I know I need 25mm or bigger
