I used a 3.5mm hook, 24mm safety eyes, Baby Bee Adore-a-ball in colors Forest, Brown, Angel, Black and Sandstone as well as Yarn Bee Velvety Smooth in colors Mustard and Pumpkin. He weighs in at 2lbs 12ozs!
