This peep pattern has been the bane of my existence for the past 3 days…
I started out, and kept starting over due to st counts…took a break and made another peep, and finished the pattern with said peep…I wanted to adjust a few things when i started over it was twice the size…I assumed I skipped a step…Remade the peep AGAIN and took said step out…
Now its smaller. I have beef with peeps now.
Alright rants done, this pattern was going to be a paid pattern, would you reckon i should reconsider pricing since its smaller now (by maybe an inch) I made it with medium weight cotton yarn so if anyone uses chunky yarn it’ll be bigger
I actually just wanna scrap this pattern and start over 
…Or give up and make a different pattern

Yeah making patterns can be frustrating, take as many breaks a supply need, have you been using stitch markers or anything to mark stitches like scrap yarn/paper clips/etc?

The majority of the pattern isn’t actually whole rounds, for example 1 step you only sc in 16 sts, when there are 28 around…So thats a bit tricky, I definitely thought of using one to mark the beginning of the round incase I lost count, but I didnt think of that till I finished

The part where you stop before the end of the round was step 3?
If you’re going to do Amigurumi it’s critical.

You put it through your first stitch like that and everytime you complete a round you move it up!

I hear this ALL. THE. TIME.
But I dont use patterns…When I freehand I wing it…till it looks right…Definitely not everyones cup of tea, but the zero structure works for me lol

In the beginning after the magic ring is the inc steps, I skipped one of those steps, I missed a few increases before round 3 basically, but it genuinely made a huge difference in size
Like MR, sc 6 in the ring
INC 4
INC 8
INC 16
Thats just an example, but basically I missed the inc 4…Inc 6 in the peeps case
