Chats or messages? That looks like messages, what device and brand/model are you on and are you on the app or website?

This looks like private messaging. We just tested on our end here on iPhone using light and dark mode and it works as intended. Please share the device you are using and the settings on that device and on your Ribblr and we’ll escalate it.

This is happening to me too (Samsung s21) and its really annoying bc people are pattern testing for me rn and I cant see what they are saying.
