I’m pretty sure it should be make 12sc, and then make 5decs :))

Hi!
The final number (28, 23, 18) are the stiches count for that round, you need to dec 5 times between the ‘normal’ sc (R13: 12 sc + 5 dec + 11 sc are 28 st in total)
