Cowl : Ribbed Granny Stitch Cowl - Free Crochet Pattern - EyeLoveKnots. (On this one I did a half double rib instead of a sc)
The keychains I self drafted, might make a pattern for the skulls.
The hat is also self drafted, there is a similar pattern for the base hat for free in my shop!
