And I can’t figure out how to claim a pattern. I have my receipt from the purchase. I found the page on here with the patterns available to choose from. When I click a pattern the only option it gives me is to shop yarn, which takes me to shop yarn online through Ribblr. But I already bought my $25+ worth of yarn at my local Joann. And I can’t see anything on the receipt about it. Did I do something wrong?
I ordered yarn from Ribblrs page and told it to hold it for pickup at my local Joann’s. I don’t know if it works if you buy it from Joann’s in person without ordering ahead using Ribblrs page
Hmm, did you shop in-store or through the Ribblr app? (Both work) While viewing the patterns there should have been an option to input the order number or an option to click if you purchased in-store if that didn’t show (like it seems like here) what I noticed is while shopping for yarn in the Ribblr shop, put some random yarn in your cart then click to checkout it’ll go to the Joann’s checkout page but just back out and you should receive an option on your screen to claim a pattern just click that and you’ll go back to the pattern list again but this time it should have the options to input an order number or in-store, let me know if this helped/worked!

Ya that’s the page I was on looking at patterns. And when I click on one, the only option it gives me takes me to shopping yarn on Ribblr.
Did you try putting yarn in your cart while in Ribblr, clicking checkout (which will lead to Joann’s checkout) and then backing out to see if you then receive an option onscreen to claim a pattern? (This will be different from the banner at the top)
Back from trying that. It did work. But I shouldn’t have had to do that. I’m wondering if there’s some kind of coding problem with the app? We should have the option to input code/store receipt info without having to do extra unnecessary steps!
@ribblr can this be fixed to make it more streamlined and less confusing?

Yeah I’m not sure why that happens I only found out since I was indecisive and went back to the Ribblr app to look at new yarn without going through with the purchase and saw it gave an option to input the order number despite not purchasing, not sure which end the issue comes from whether it’s Ribblr or Joann’s side but I’m sure it’ll be looked into soon

For those purchasing in store you’ll see a QR link at the bottom of your receipt plus you should get an extra print at checkout to help you redeem.
For those purchasing online you will get an email from JOANN with direct link to redeem.
If you purchase on Ribblr you’ll get the email from Joann but you’ll also get a pop up from us so you can do it quicker.
You say you purchased in store- was there no QR on your receipt?
When I purchased yarn yesterday this was on the bottom of my receipt.
When scanned it took me to a page to pick a pattern. Once pattern was picked it brought up a screen and asked for ticket number and store number.
On my receipt this is found at the top left hand corner.
Since I ordered online via Ribblrs page, when I got home from picking up my yarn, and got back onto Ribblr, onto the patterns page, it had a pop up about claim your free pattern and asked me to enter the order number from Joann’s.
So if you do order ahead with Ribblr for in person pick up from your local store make sure you save the Joann’s emails. It will send two, one to confirm your order and a second one to tell you it’s ready to pick up

Store number on my receipt is 2295. It’s Centerville Ut. They did have signage about the Ribblr pattern deal posted all over the yarn section. I just only received a regular receipt at purchase. I did pay with both gift card and debit so idk if that could’ve caused an error with not printing the QR code, having the payment method split like that.

I have had the same issue here as well as the issue with the QR code. This is what I have discovered:

Joanns will only issue a QR code if the $25 was spent on YARN (other purchases will not count toward the $25). Additionally, clearance yarn does not count toward the $25 (told to me by the associate). Neither of these stipulations are mentioned on in-store signage.

The pattern redemption pop-up does not have a scroll bar to the side on the desktop website (at least on Firefox, which is what I use). Because of this, the pop-up cuts off just after the “Shop yarn to claim” button, making it seem like that is the entire pop-up. (I was able to see the full pop-up with code entry option on mobile, even with the same browser.)
