I’m the head age group (8-14 year olds) coach for a competitive swim team! I swam for 13 years myself and have been coaching for the last 4 years. I’m so happy to see others saying that they do swimming

soccer/gymnastics/rowing/cross country/track/swim team/lacrosse/and triathlons (my personal fav I went to nationals)

Back in the day I did cross country, softball and competitive marching band (more parade marching rather than field marching at the time). Band is 100% a sport when you gotta walk miles carrying your instruments!
Now I pretty much do walking and yoga. 
(Found out last year the reason my feet constantly hurt is a congenital condition so I had to tone down the higher impact sports)
