Must admit, not all squares caught my fancy, but some did, so I made them. This is part one, more to come later, someday

That first one is a true classic. When I was young, every grandma had at least one cotton hotpad of that design in their kitchen and it was the first project I taught my daughter.

abebooks, or the library if I need it for one project.
