is there a way to make a standing treble crochet (us terms) without attaching new working yarn? all the tutorials i find seem geared toward colour changes, therefore they are attaching a new strand of yarn to work this stitch. i don’t need or want to do that unless i absolutely have to as the part of my project i’d like to use this stitch for only has one colour. is there any other way? for example, this is how i do a standing double crochet with my existing working yarn. i can’t for the life of me find a similar method for treble crochet.

i gave this a try earlier since it’s the same as standing double crochet (with an extra yarn over of course) but i must have executed it poorly because it just… did not happen 
now i know that method will in fact work and i am just a silly goose hahah thank you sosososo much!!!
