It looks very good! I used to knit a little, I did one whole sock and then I did not do the second one :smiley: this is my motivation to start again!

I crocheted since I taught myself from books decades ago but for some reason was intimidated by knitting. I saw so many nice knitting patterns that I liked that I finally just kept at it and managed to learn to knit. Iā€™m no expert at it but can do it. It just takes time and patience

Not really. Just crocheted an edge for a knitted project. To me, sometimes a knitted edge looks a bit rough. To me a single crochet edging looks smoother. At least for this project
