Yeah the locking ones I use mostly! But before I got a crochet hook set that came with those, I used scrap yarn… And I lose my actual markers enough that I still use scraps sometimes you know, desperate times…

Bulb pins are LESS expensive than all those stitch markers that break.

I was so curious I had to research what a bulb pin marker actually was I use the locking stitch markers. I tried the scrap yarn method but I always seem to lose the yarn before I could get back to it
