Stuffing question

So I have a mostly finished plushie with a floppy head. Ive been squeezing in stuffing in the neck and it’s just not helping. Is there anything I can do at this point to fix this?

You could try inserting velvet pipe cleaner or wooden chopsticks… For smaller neck, maybe cotton bud stick could do…

I agree, pipe cleaner, q-tip would work for smaller ami. I think the bigger plushies will require 16-18 gauge wire according to this book.

Can you put a pipe cleaner in the neck or even crochet a piece stuff it and put in neck to support it? I’ve seen a few patterns say make a third arm and use that for stability. It depends on the size of the Amigurumi though

I also think pipe cleaner may do the trick :two_hearts:

You can also see if your local craft store has any craft wire (it’s a bit sturdier, just be careful with the ends)

I never thought of crocheting pieces and using them on the inside for support :eyes:

Now there’s something I need to try! Thank you :two_hearts:
