Another amigurumi plush for Halloween: Sunset Bat! But why version 2? Because I wasn’t that keen on the original. I didn’t really like its shape and the tension was too loose, causing the stuffing to slightly show through.
But I’ve now made version 2 and it looks much better. There’s less going on, the tension’s just right and I didn’t even have to use felt or appliqué! Also, it’s much smaller than the original, which is no bad thing. Now, I did say I’d use the same colours for version 2, but I changed my mind. Black and magenta yarn have been excluded and fuchsia has been added.
