Does anyone have any idea what’s with Michael’s lately??? Like they are only offering six color’s on their website for ssl??? I’m so confused and I have so many turtles I need to finish with the colors they used to have ;-; will I never be able to finish my turtles are they discontinuing the regular colors? If so why? And do you all have any recommendations on other brands that are the exact same yarn that isn’t parfait chunky? Parfait is smaller than ssl

i have no idea, but i know that they’re starting to put joanns yarn in their stores, so maybe that has something to do with it?

I believe they are currently trying to restock their online store to have their inventory of yarn, And Joanns as they integrated together. So until they finish updating it, you’re just gonna have to find ur yarn in-person or someplace else online for the moment :(

since there were a lot of complaints of the material and quality of sweet snuggles lite and chenille home slim, they went temporarily discontinued until recently, and they’re slowly stocking up back the colors. there was an inconsistency in each color. the closest thing i could find on the internet is toucan from hobbii!

yes it is! i don’t think there’s a solid color yarn that’s the exact same as ssl and chenille home slim, but while in a gauge, parfait chunky is 8 st per 10 cm, toucan is 7, and ssl is 6.
