Tapestry into wearable?

Heyy! So, I found this super cool thing I want to make, but something about me is, I like stuff that I can use in some way or the other (Don’t get me wrong, I love useless stuff, but I have no idea what to do with this if I can’t turn it into a wearable.) So, I was wondering, is it possible to turn a tapestry crocheted design into a sweater or shirt or something like that? Cos I REALLY wanna wear this design. Also, if it IS possible, how would one go about it? Thanks!

It’s probably possible!! Just make the tapestry for the front panel

I think I’ve seen that happen before! I’m not entirely certain how just that it was on the back so basically a normal tapestry just as a sweater back I guess.

First: yes you can
First you’d need to see how big it’ll end up being, then you can figure out how to make it a bag, the front panel of a sweater, ect

It’s 57 stitches horizontally and 51 vertically, and I have a not-too-tight tension, close to tight but not THAT tight.

It’s possible. I’ve made a catghan sweater before.

That’d be basically the whole width of the front panel (depending on size) and about the height of a cropped sweater

It’s super easy to turn a tapestry into sweater.
Just make the tapestry in the middle of the front panel.
You find free sweater patterns with tapestry designs and use those as reference for yours

Alright! I’ll add it to my to-be-mades cos I have a ton of stuff to finish making  I just needed to know whether I should put it on there in the first place. Thanks for the help! If anyone else has any other advice, I’m all ears! (I’ll prolly need all the help I can get, lol)
