Hey y’all! So I got this idea from all the discussion posts that @anon5108995 has been making, but this is for all the Ribblrs 17 and under. What’s the primary type of craft you do, how old are you, and when did you start? I think it’ll be fun to compare. I’m 14 and mostly crochet. I started knitting when I was 7 which got me introduced to this whole world, and started crochet around 10 or 11.

to be clear… I was not trying to exclude the teens, only that you could not discover something once you were an adult if you are not yet an adult. That wouldn’t be an embarrassing confession if you are still a kid.

Im 16
I primarily crochet (knitting is a very very close second!)
I started crocheting when i was about 12 or 14
I started knitting when i was like 6 when my nana taught me
I also sew but not as much as i knit or crochet!

i’m 11! i mostly crochet even tho i do enjoy knitting and needle felting (not needle felting as much :((( i kill my poor fingers lol) i started to crochet around 7/8 yo i thought it was something i was gonna hate but I LOVE IT!!! and then i saw amigurumi with knitting so i tried that too, and then i got into needle felting but i think crochet is still my favorite!!!

I crochet, but i also like origami, sewing, jewlery making, and art of all kinds. I’m 17 and I started crocheting like 2-4 months ago but the rest ive done basically my whole life.

I’m 14 and I do crochet, but it’s really hard for me to find cheap chenille yarn so if anyone can give me some advice it would be really nice<3

I’m not going to say my exact age, but I am below the age of 16. I primarily crochet, but I also draw and paint a lot. I learned the basics back when I was around 7 but I picked it back up late last year. :]

I’m 15. I started crochet/kitting around my 3rd grade years but I don’t remember the age. Although I dropped it for a good couple years, I just recently got back into crochet and I love it a lot. It’s the main thing I do

I’m 13 and I started to crochet when I was 11. Crocheting is my primary craft but I also know how to knit. my favorite thing to crochet is plushies, they’re easy to crochet and always come out so cute!!

I did sewing for a few years so I have a lot of experience with that. But I don’t have my own sewing machine so now I’ve been consistently crocheting for six months now
