I think you have to do the math on how many yards there are per grams to figure out weight. You also have to read the details carefully because they use words willy nilly like"wool"“silk” “cotton” that have nothing to do with the content

I know! They also use knit but mean crochet.

This is due to translation, in many languages knit and crochet use the same word

Likewise, there any many countries that say “wool” to indicate yarn of any fiber content.

Well, I did buy some yarn……
It was and is tiny and thin although listed as a 8 ply.
In my opinion, it’s all cheap stuff that is not even worth the markdown they advertise.

I have bought the thick blanket yarn stuff and its much thicker than blanket yarn but there really isnt much to the skein. I’ve also ordered their velvet yarn and its been really nice. The colors are great! The yarn itself is supposed to be chunky but its more of a size 4 I’d say.
