I have come across this problem multiple times- if somebody applies to your tester call, then changes their username, then in the tester management tab it still shows their old username, so you canāt tag them or add them to the testing message. Ribblr can you fix this so that their username changes in the testing tab too? thanks!

maybe for the time being, add the tester manually to the testing group chat.

ohhh ok, if they commented on your post, I would do a process of elimination to figure out whoās username is different from the ones in your testing lab.

they didnāt comment T^T I was trying to tag them to tell them they need to comment on the post
everybody who commented applied under the same username

hmm yeah, thats hard. maybe just donāt accept them at the moment, and wait for ribblr to resond.

It shouldnāt show their old username. If you could share an example that would be great!

It happened to me too! But, I had a different issue. On the post, person commented and it showed their old username, in shop manager the new one. I just closed the app and when I opened it again, it was ok.

That can happen - though not likely. If they have changed their username and havenāt visited the community yet since re-logging in it might be cached.
