• Pierrot and Harlequin have been living in my head for so long. Taking them from rough drafts to actual physical dolls wasn’t always smooth sailing, and running my VERY FIRST test call definitely had its rough edges. But seeing these characters brought to life in real yarn by other hands? Easily the best part of the whole process.
• Whether it was executing Pierrot’s crisp ruffs and boot details or mastering Harlequin’s bold, two tone color blocking, these makers didn’t miss a single detail, they absolutely nailed the vision by taking my drafts and turning them into absolute masterpieces.
